Another important milestone has been reached at Shawfair, with a planning application now lodged for 52 new dwellinghouses by Robertson Homes at Millerhill.
The application covers 52 dwellinghouses along with associated roads, drainage, landscaping and all necessary infrastructure works. The proposed development will sit opposite Lovell’s Harelaw development, continuing the steady and exciting growth of the Millerhill neighbourhood as part of the wider Shawfair masterplan.
