UPDATE: MARCH 2021

As a result of the construction of the Stewart Milne Homes’ development, the public right of way has been temporarily diverted.

The existing path runs from Edmonstone Road, near the Miners’ Club, to Millerhill Road. The diversion route skirts the western and northern edges of the construction site instead of cutting directly north, so will take a little longer to walk. It is signposted and will run alongside the new road that is being constructed.

It will be in place until construction is complete when the new pavements within the Stewart Milne development will reform the permanent right of way. See below map for more details.
